The food is exceptional with plenty of options, including coffee and tea. The rooms are clean and bright and have AWESOME views of town or the mountains surrounding Mestia.

Fairly clean hotel with incredibly nice and very welcoming staff especially during the check-out. Central location to his farm which is near the top of the mountain. Based close to the town square and the town center and the airport.

The garden view from the double room window was lovely. the room was bright and the bath was clean. - the staff were exceptionally nice and made me feel very welcome. - the location was convenient, just 0.5 km from the airport.

I keep coming back to this amazing place every city break! The staff helped me with travel tips on my first stay. With free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, a bar/restaurant, and plenty of outdoor activities.

The breakfast here is delicious and varied, with outstanding options. The rooms are neat and come with amenities like tea.

The rooms were lit, with dope modern vibes and super clean. The garden was the perfect chill spot, fam. And the location was straight fire - close to the city center but also calm and quiet. Breakfast buffet was mad convenient, starting at 7 am for all the early birds. Roza's was the move for our lit vacay in Mestia!

The only thing we would've liked is if there was a party atmosphere with some sick music playing. A bit more turn-up vibes for young peeps would've been dope!

My stay at Roza's Guest House was very nice for the price. The hotel was clean and good value. The location was beautiful, close to the bus station and an unpaved alley. The breakfast had a huge variety of delightful options and was delicious and large.

Roza's Guest House was the perfect home away from home. the staff, especially Rosa, were incredibly friendly and gave us plenty of helpful advice. the setting of the guesthouse was absolutely beautiful, with a big garden filled with hammocks and a rocking chair where I could relax and unwind. the room I stayed in had a lovely view and the bed was comfortable with a thick and warm cover. I particularly enjoyed the fact that there was a shortcut trail for Koruldi lakes right in front of the property. Another great perk was the availability of amenities such as a warm shower, big towel, WiFi, and even a laundry service.
